MEDICAL CONFERENCE DUE DILIGENCE · BY SIGMALAB
MedEvent Verify structures the pre-publication review of speaker titles, specialties, roles and available official sources, with documented evidence and human validation.
REVIEW BEFORE PUBLICATION
The organiser keeps using its existing tools. SigmaLab receives only the agreed data set, performs the checks and returns clear actions backed by recorded sources.
Programme, roles, countries, core professional details and declarations.
Cross-check of available sources, titles, specialty, capacity and affiliation.
Targeted requests only where material information is missing or conflicting.
Register, evidence file, corrective actions and final report.
WHAT IS REVIEWED
Not every participant is assessed as a physician. The system distinguishes physicians, other health professionals, researchers, technical experts and patient representatives, and applies the appropriate rule.
Name, country, organisation and safeguards against incorrect identity matching.
Available indication of active registration or a request for further evidence.
Consistency between the public title, specialty and the role in the programme.
Licensing country, competent register, source language and equivalent evidence.
Conflicts of interest, affiliation, required declarations and open items.
Technology identifies inconsistencies. Material judgement remains with an authorised person and the Scientific Committee.
DELIVERABLES THAT CAN BE USED
Every result includes its source, date, rationale and next action. The PCO can show what was checked, what was corrected and what remained within the Committee's judgement.
See the deliverables inside the demoOne view of roles, countries, checks and open items.
Source, date, result and responsible reviewer.
Clear actions before the final programme is published.
Method, limitations, results and unresolved items.
FIRST CONTROLLED DEPLOYMENT
The initial deployment runs as a managed service and does not require the organiser to change platform.
Institutional clarification: MedEvent Verify is a due-diligence support service. It is not a state certification, event permit, legal opinion or decision on professional rights.
NEXT STEP
For the first conversation we only need the scientific field, event date, estimated number of speakers and programme stage. We do not ask for a list of individuals or personal data.
