Selected for the Core Workshop Cohort of “Who Owns Memory?”
Stella Valsamaki-Galani Stella Valsamaki-Galani was selected for the Core Workshop Cohort of the international programme Who Owns Memory? Democratic Participation in Digital Public History, supported by the Foundation Remembrance, Responsibility and Future (EVZ).
The selection followed a highly competitive international process with almost 300 applications from around the world.
The programme will produce a specific digital public-history project using elements such as oral testimony, photographs, historical material, digital mapping and narrative.
This participation connects with the work of SigmaLab and can support the development of similar digital applications for culture, education, local history, civic participation and local-government projects.
